Cancellation Policy
Real Estate Photography Policy 1. Service Details - Our real estate photography services include high-quality interior, exterior, and optional drone photography to showcase properties effectively. - All images are professionally edited to enhance clarity, lighting, and overall appeal. 2. Scheduling & Payment - A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photography session. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. - Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 4. Weather Policy - In cases of inclement weather that may impact exterior or drone photography, rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge. 5. Turnaround Time & Delivery - Final edited images will be delivered within 2 business days. 6. Property Readiness - The property must be clean and staged before the scheduled session. The photographer is not responsible for moving furniture or making adjustments on-site. 7. Usage Rights - Clients receive full usage rights for marketing and listing purposes but may not resell or transfer images without written permission. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined above.
